Yes to Science Culture! Yes to World’s Development!

2009 National Science Club Month Theme:
“Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for Development”
“ADAPTING TO DIVERSE SCIENCE CULTURE FOR DEVELOPMENT” this was the theme to celebrate the 2009 National Science Club Month Celebration. With in connection to the Deped Memorandum No. 333 s.2009 of the 2009 National Science Club Month Celebration and pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation no.28 declaring September as the National Science Club Month. The Science Club Advisers Association of the Philippines, the Department of Education Center for Students and Co-Curricular Affairs and the Department of Science and Technology Science Education Institute announce the holding of the 2009 National Science Club Month Celebration for all Science Clubs in all elementary and secondary schools nationwide.

What does the theme all about? Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for development means is that we should be able to adapt and feel free to use the different ways of development in Science because it leads to the enhancement of the social status of our living. Whatever development comes to the public, this improvement happens is just for the betterment, advancement and for us to move or to go into further development. As a result the consistency or harmony of out life would be easier, healthier, more advance and show traits of lots of improvement has been based with the adherent or subsidy of Science. For Diverse Science Culture refers to the different ways of the development like the latest discoveries, studies and lastly the latest and advance technology.

Science Culture is really a big help to us. It has lots of contribution to our life as well as the improvement of communications, transportation and education. Science Culture is already part of our life and we had received the benefits of it. Science Culture should be used wisely and in good ways not in harmful ways and ideas. Wherever you go, Science Culture is still there. So let us help one another and join hands by saying “ADAPTING TO DIVERSE SCIENCE CULTURE FOR DEVELOPMENT”
