Teacher: EMPOWERING Young Minds for GLOBAL SUCCESS

Theme: " My Teacher, My Hero"

Everybody looks for a hero in life. Whether he is our National Hero, Dr. Jose Protacio Rizal,Former Senator Benigno " Ninoy" Aquino, Jr.,Mother Theresa, U.S. President Barack Obama, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, First Lady President of the Philippine Republic Former President Maria Corazon "Cory" Sumulong Cojuangco-Aquino, the soldiers fighting for their lives, the overseas workers, our dad, our mom, or any body could be a hero in one's eye. But for me, I focus my eyes, my heart and my mind to my dearly beloved "TEACHER".

We always hear the quotation "WITHOUT TEACHERS,NO LAWYERS, NO DOCTORS AND NO NURSES". THAT'S right! Without Teachers all of them are nothing. Why? because teachers are the one who molds or secondly building up their students In the future. Our teachers serve us our second parents whenever when we are in our school. Teachers are very important to us not just to their profession, teaching but important to as our guide and counselors in the future. They are the one who teaches us the right thing. They are also the one who teaches us the right thing. They are also the one who gives or teaches us the correct, genuine lessons and information's.

Teachers can be our friend or a hero. Teachers can be a friend in a way that there are times that they will join us in laughing, in cracking jokes or sharing some stories. How about as a HERO? " A TRUE TEACHER DEFENDS HIS PUPIL AGAINST HIS OWN PERSONAL INFLUENCE" This quotation means that our teachers can be a hero in a way that they will help us in our problems, protect us when we are in bad situations like when we quarrel or when we enter to the situations that we can't solve without them. Lastly, they also scolds and discipline us when we do something wrong.

Teachers are very important to us not only in their profession but as a part of our lives. Let us value our Teachers because we don't know what they can do to our country. Don Elpidio Rivera-Quirino, whom my great grandfather, a native and Town's Most Illustrious Son of Caoayan who started as a Barrio Teacher until he became the Sixth President of the Philippine Republic. Only what I can say " Teachers: Turning Today’s Learner, Into Tomorrow's Leader.”
